Code of Conduct

We follow the rules as set by our host yard, Lilly Mill Farm, and we expect our liveries to do the same. Repeated breaking of these rules could result in being asked to leave.

• Please keep the yard and equipment tidy. Sweep up after yourself.
• Pick out feet into the buckets provided - this helps to keep the yard tidy.
• If you open a door or gate - close it.
• Liveries and all associated parties are expected to behave in a safe and appropriate manner at all times.
• Please pick up your horses droppings.
• Please don't offer advice unless asked - we all have our own way of doing things.
• Any issues to be raised with Amy and will be treated in confidence - please don't go running to others.
• Bullying will not be tolerated - if you can't play nice you will be asked to leave.
• Amy Derber Equestrian Ltd reserves the right to serve notice on a livery at any point for breach of the yard Code of Conduct.
• Notice period is one calendar month.
• No smoking or running on the yard.
• Under 16's to be supervised at all times.
• Worming plan set by Amy Derber Equestrian Ltd must be followed or else we will not be able to offer turnout for your horse.
• No dogs at any time.
• All horses must be vaccinated against flu.
• No lunging in the arena.
