We have a huge amount of experience in retraining racehorses fresh off the track and preparing them for their new careers. We understand the small details that make a big difference to their ability to settle into their new lives and believe in easing them in rather than dropping them in!

We have rehabilitated many racehorses from injury and can accommodate most ongoing management issues including ulcer treatment and remedial farriery. Whether you are looking for a smooth transition for your horse to non-racing life, to have the basics established for you to build on or if you have a specific career or goal in mind we aim to treat each horse as an individual. Owners are kept regularly updated and encouraged to be as involved as they'd like to be.

Some of the racehorses we have retrained over the years have gone on to careers in riding club, happy hacking, eventing, showjumping, endurance - even horse boarding!
