Coaching

I am an experienced coach and producer with many years of experience in producing both horses and riders to achieve their goals. 
I have myself competed in International level show-jumping as a young rider for both Portugal and South Africa but now focus more on producing quality young horses to set their careers off on the right foot. I work with a variety of young, novice and nervous horses and excel at building both confidence and technique. I am very much about seeing the horse as an individual and won't just trot you out a repertoire of 3 well-used exercises - together we will come up with a plan to get to where you want to be.

Whilst competing at a high level I suffered a massive loss of confidence that lead to me giving up horses for 5 years. I was able to slowly get my confidence back under my own steam and get to where I am today. Having been through the experience myself I know first-hand what it feels like to be in that place of just not believing you can. I am very experienced in coaching riders through confidence issues and helping them to achieve their goals, one step at a time. I believe that my own experience gives me a perspective that a lot of other coaches can't appreciate and I will be your biggest cheerleader on your journey.
