15hh 2015 chestnut Irish gelding. Pocket rocket hunting machine and allrounder in need of restarting.
Quality compact model with good bone, a very attractive stamp with a sweet outlook. A serious mover with an active trot and a super uphill, balanced canter.
Neabhan is a real pocket rocket on the hunting field. He is bold, quick over the ground and a super jumper who will hop big hedges for fun. He keeps up easily with the frontrunners and likes to be where the action is. Seriously love the job, he doesn't want to be bumbling along at the back on a loose rein, he is up for a good time! Always in a snaffle, never strong, will go all day.
Has done some cross country schooling, also bold and quick enough to team chase. Has schooled over showjumps and is bold and careful.
Great to hack. Good in traffic and open spaces, will lead or follow and really marches on. Goes alone or in company.
Neabhan is quirky and can be sharp. He is wary of new people so would really benefit from someone treating him as a breaker and taking him right back to basics to gain his trust, starting with ground work. He would benefit most from a one to one relationship where he can build trust and have some consistency. He is a really smart little horse for someone looking for a sweet project for an experienced and confident person who can spend the time gaining his trust and confidence, giving him a great education and then enjoying an awesome Covid-free 2021/2022 hunting season!
To clarify, we are selling Neabhan as a restart project.

2009 bay gelding Tiger Hill x In The Wings. Fun, forward gentleman looking for an equally bold rider for good times and adventure! Eligible ROR.
Tigger is a much loved and well-used riding club allrounder who has had the same owner 9 years since coming out of racing as a 3yo. He has done all riding club activities including team showjumping up to 90cm, lots of cross country schooling, fun rides, pairs hunter trials, hunting and hacking. Tigger is an active soul with a busy brain who likes to be doing. He isn't a fan of standing around doing nothing, although he is always polite and mannerly, so isn't going to suit the type of rider who gets frustrated or intimidated by a horse who doesn't just switch off when the game is paused.
Tigger is a lovely, traditional stamp of Irish Thoroughbred with substance and quality. Takes up the leg nicely with a good front and width - doesn't feel like you're sat on a pole!
Plenty of controlled power and a forward, responsive ride. Moves well with a swinging trot and big uphill canter with plenty of gears. Balanced, obedient, forward-thinking and very willing to work. Produces good work on the flat but you have to ride for it, he isn't going to carousel round the outside track with his head in on autopilot. I think that Tigger would rather be doing other things than flatwork schooling but he is always happy to play along and it is an area that he could improve on if someone wanted to.
Loves to jump and is very good to a fence. Rideable, obedient and bold, takes you in nicely and tries very hard to get it right and keep them up. Tigger isn't the bravest with ditches so didn't make it as an eventer but is fine with a lead, making him ideal for pair hunter trials and team chasing.
Bold and mannerly out hunting. Isn't a fan of standing around resting a leg but given a bit of space he will happily mooch around quietly until everyone is ready to go again.
Great to hack and is enormous fun, even when just stomping round the roads. Unphased by all traffic and really marches out. Has mostly hacked in company but will stomp out on his own with a forward thinking rider, otherwise he can be a bit backwards to start.
Happier on a livery yard as opposed to a private home set-up and likes routine. Well travelled, he is excellent to load and travel in both a lorry and a trailer. No quirks or vices. He would be a lot of horse for a novice or wet blanket so is best suited to a game, active rider looking for good reliable fun with a very able and willing playmate!
Tigger is available at a reduced price due to failing a recent vetting on the hard circle. Full investigations were carried out with the cause appearing to be due to having flat feet. He is very happy in his work, otherwise sound and can be improved with good farriery, but he is not likely to pass another vetting.
Very sad sale on behalf of a client. Had a sarcoid lasered off his sheath in summer 2019 with no sign of regrowth. Tack and rugs included. 158cm 13yo KWPN bay mare Pedro x Houston. Stunning, show quality model with real presence and ability.
Dyonne is a stunning model, correct and well put together with a beautiful head. Certainly has the potential to turn heads in the show ring but the athletic ability to excel in any discipline. She has been in the same home since a 6yo and is very low mileage, having spent the majority of her ownership in Dubai. With her breeding, quality and stamp she would also be an asset to any stud.
Big mover with 3 expressive paces and working nicely into the contact. She is a little weak in her way of going and can be a quirky ride so needs a confident, competent rider to further her mileage under saddle. When you've got the hang of her she really is an easy, quality ride and gives you a super feeling under saddle - just need to speak her language. She has all the quality and ability to excel in any discipline with the right production. She has done unaffiliated dressage and showjumping training shows in Dubai as well as some cross country schooling.
Dyonne shows exceptional ability over a fence. She is bold, scopey and really doesn't want to touch a pole. Gives you an incredible feeling under saddle, really uses herself well and feels like she could jump the moon. As a younger horse she was schooling 1.40m courses at home.
Plenty of ability to work with for a competent rider. The more work she does the better she is in every way. Ready to start getting out and about.
Has not done much hacking, what she has done has been in company and she has behaved well.
Very good to do on the ground and in the stable. Can pull a face sometimes but is generally a very sweet and loving mare. Very easy keeper with no stable vices or medical history.
Only for sale due to rider going to university. Serious enquiries to please call only. Texts and WhatsApps may not be answered. All video can be found on the Amy Derber Equestrian Facebook page just search 'Dyonne' in the search bar.
16hh rising 5yo sports horse gelding Handels Classic x Eurocommerce Rome. Well-related serious showjump, allround or hunt prospect.
Full brother to Love Handel C.S from a proven performance damline. Compact, powerful, athletic model. Showing good work on the flat and has been backed and produced by small lady riders. Moves very well with a big trot and naturally uphill canter. Offering clean changes round a course.
Jumped training shows and British Novice on a ticket last year. Naturally careful and quick over the ground, has been given time to mature and hasn't been over-faced. Low-mileage due to Covid. Good to a fence and clever with his feet, tries very hard and wants to leave them up. Straightforward enough for a competent amateur or teen.
Has also done some basic cross country schooling. Done hound exercise where he behaved impeccably and would certainly make a great hunter. Only hasn't done more due to shortened Covid season.
Hacks out, good on the roads and in open spaces. Tyke is a real character who will make you laugh every day. Same home since a foal, full history known. Very willing, trainable, genuine horse with a bright future. Lives in or out, plays well with others.
Quality sports horse who needs a job to do, not suitable for a novice or as a happy hacker.
Serious enquiries to call only - texts will not be answered. All videos can be found on the Amy Derber Equestrian facebook page just search the name 'Tyke.'
15.1hh (to mature 15.2hh) rising 4yo registered ISH gelding by full Connemara stallion Grange Merlin Serf.
A real head turner with enormous presence. Lovely sporty, compact model beautifully marked with a kind, willing and very genuine nature. Very mature minded with such a fantastic, trainable brain. Working well on the flat for his age with 3 big, flashy paces. Working very correctly, holds himself in a lovely shape with a light mouth. Basics established but has not been over-produced, very willing and trainable and tries very hard to get it right. Really improves a rider but would best suit a quiet jockey with good hands and independent seat. Doesn't want to be kicked and pulled. Would certainly do BD and is an ideal junior dressage prospect.
Forward and responsive ride, obedient to the aids. Very forgiving, genuine and currently unspoilt so please no kickers or pullers.
Very good to a fence, comes in quietly and maintains a rhythm in and out. Makes a good shape and shows good scope and technique, doesn't want to touch a pole. Schooled over fillers and trays but has been brought on conservatively to keep his confidence high and not over-face him. He is incredibly bold and never says no, will do his best to sort himself out if he's wrong. Very good at reading the question and is not at all phased by new experiences.
Been cross country schooling, popping a range of little fences, water, ditches and banks confidently and boldly, always first time. Very quick learner and quick thinking. Big canter that covers the ground well and would have no trouble at all making the time. His talent and trainability make him the ideal junior event prospect.
Has done a fun ride where he behaved impeccably and was completely unphased by the new experience. Would certainly hunt.
Loads and travels in a lorry, 3.5t and trailer. Has been away from home schooling and stayed on the box whilst another was taken away, then left the box himself on his own to school with no issues. Absolutely no indication of any napping or clingyness. Polite and mannerly under saddle, doesn't get hot or fizzy. In a snaffle for all activities.
Hacks out alone and in company, good on the roads, in open spaces and with farm machinery. Not at all spooky, sharp or silly just a quality youngster who requires appropriate riding and management. Very good to do on the ground and is a friendly, kind and straightforward young horse with the most amazing brain. No quirks, vices, hang-ups or medical issues. Quiet with small children.
Anyone's ride but would prefer him to go to a competent and capable home where he will be loved, enjoyed and treated appropriately. Suitable for a teenager or small adult. Temperament for riding club with ability for BD and BE.
