14.3hh 12yo AES mare Sempers Spirit x Koopman. Super genuine and talented little mare for an ambitious amateur!
Angel is a lovely sweet mare who was bred and produced with dressage in mind but also has the potential to event. Sadly didn't grow tall enough for her intended rider. Angel has a friendly, kind temperament and is very straightforward to do on the ground. She loves a chat and will stand quietly to be fussed and faffed with.
Schools very well on the flat with 3 big, rhythmical, balanced paces and plenty of engine. She is a forward, responsive and sensitive ride without being sharp. Great attitude to her work, very willing to try and is happy when busy. Good lateral and medium work, she has won at unaffiliated Prelim and Novice level and is ready for Elementary. She has enormous untapped potential and is ready to go BD today, ideal for someone looking for a low mileage but established pony to take up the levels.
Angel is very good to a fence and loves to jump. She is straightforward and takes you in without being strong. Holds her rhythm well and is out jumping at local shows. Always beautifully behaved both on and off the lorry and a lovely dependable type in the warm up, she is always exactly as she is at home.
Brilliant to hack, great on the roads and is bold alone and in company. Marches out with purpose and is great company. Good in open spaces, always ridden in a snaffle.
For the last two and a half years she has had a loving older owner but has been in inconsistent work due to other commitments. She would thrive best in a competitive home where she will be well used with plenty to do. Very sad sale after two and a half years as current owner now feels over-horsed. Angel is ready for a confident, competent teen or small adult to really make her shine!
Angel is a forward, responsive and sensitive ride and although she is always well behaved she requires a competent, confident rider and is not suitable for a novice.
Has been seen to weave on very rare occasions when stressed.
